Delivery timeframes begin once an order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, civil unrest, strikes, or circumstances beyond VapeX’s control may occur.

6. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

* Package size and weight
* Courier service selected

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Where VapeX offers free shipping promotions:

Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

10. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once.
If delivery cannot be completed because:

* Contact details are incorrect;
* Access cannot be gained;
the order may be returned to VapeX.
Additional shipping fees may apply before re-dispatch.

11. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of products passes to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout, as evidenced by courier confirmation of delivery.

12. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably possible.
If:
* Products are damaged;
* Products are missing;
* Incorrect products were delivered;
customers should notify VapeX within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographs may be requested to assist with the investigation.

13. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, customers should contact VapeX.
VapeX will investigate the shipment with the courier partner.
Claims relating to lost parcels should be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

14. Force Majeure
VapeX shall not be liable for delays or inability to fulfil delivery obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:

* Floods
* Fires
* Power failures
* Strikes
* Civil unrest
* Government restrictions
* Pandemic-related disruptions
* Courier network interruptions

15. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without lawful justification, VapeX may deduct:
* Courier charges
* Return shipping costs
* Reasonable administrative costs
before issuing any refund permitted by law.

16. Returns and Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for approved returns will be handled in accordance with the VapeX Return and Refund Policy.
Where a return results from:
* A VapeX error;
* Defective goods;
* Incorrect goods supplied;
VapeX will generally cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
